Job summary

WillScot seeks a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex site development from due diligence through turnover. You will drive entitlement strategies, coordinate with designers and regulators, and ensure alignment with budgets and schedules for multiple projects.

The role demands extensive experience in civil infrastructure, utilities coordination, and strong leadership across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• 8+ years in real estate development or construction PM.
• Experience in entitlements and pre-construction planning.
• Experience with civil infrastructure development and utilities.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead site due diligence and feasibility analysis.
• Own entitlement strategy across jurisdictions.
• Oversee design, pre-construction, and construction management.
• Manage multiple projects from pre-construction to turnover.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and safety.
