Job summary

Business Oregon, the state’s economic development agency, seeks an Infrastructure Program Coordinator to manage and strengthen infrastructure funding programs. You’ll shape implementation, develop practical solutions, and build partnerships to ensure public investments yield meaningful outcomes for Oregon communities.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with on-site collaboration as needed and opportunities to apply judgment to improve program practices across the state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program; four years’ experience coordinating or administering a program.
• Or any combination of experience or education equivalent to seven years of experience for Analyst 3.
• Program Analyst 2 option: Bachelor’s degree and two years’ experience; OR five years’ experience in a related area.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration and implementation of state and federal infrastructure funding programs.
• Interpret and apply statutes, administrative rules, policies, regulations, and funding requirements.
• Manage application and funding processes including eligibility review, project readiness, awards, agreements, monitoring, reporting, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain program procedures, guidance, forms, checklists, handbooks, tracking systems, and tools.
• Evaluate program operations to improve efficiency, compliance, accessibility, and customer experience.
• Analyze data to monitor performance, trends, and develop improvement recommendations.
• Provide technical assistance, guidance, and training to Regional Project Managers on requirements and processes.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
