Qualifications

• Seven years of management experience in transportation infrastructure development and project delivery.
• OR four years of management experience in transportation infrastructure development and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in program or large project financing and financial processes.
• Experience in personnel management and conflict resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations for the program and supervise all staff in the program with oversight of finance staff and contracts.
• Partner with the agency and Washington to inform, influence and support multi-state budget development, forecasting and grants.
• Oversee toll revenue management, federal reporting, and program-wide financial controls.
• Support bi-state budgeting packages and legislative coordination.
• Be on call 24/7 and supervise program staff within IBR.
