Job summary

CACI is seeking an OIE Planner to join the planning team in support of a new program delivering advisory, training, and operational support to mission partners. The role requires navigating information operations, attribution, and a range of planning activities to sustain mission-ready capabilities.

Candidates should have TS/SCI with polygraph, a related bachelor's degree, and 5+ years of military planning experience, with proficiency in standard military software and interagency coordination.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Behavioral Science, or Military Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience planning, coordinating, synchronizing and/or executing operations in the information environment (PSYOP, OPSEC, Defense Deception, EW, Cyberspace Ops, PA, IO)
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in military planning processes including JPP, military decision-making, joint targeting, and/or campaign planning
• Proficient in standard military software applications and communication systems

Responsibilities

• Integrates OIE objectives into campaign and operational plans
• Synchronizes information forces with maneuver, joint fires, and non-kinetic activities
• Designs, authors, and integrates OIE OPORD inputs and supporting planning products
• Incorporates intelligence, targeting, and collection requirements into OIE planning
• Develops measures of performance and evaluation plans for OIE activities
• Coordinates OIE planning with interagency partners, allies, coalition forces, academia, industry vendors, and DoD/DoW stakeholders
• Integrates DoD/DoW Rewards Program planning into OIE efforts
• Ensures legal, policy, attribution, and operational risk considerations are embedded in OIE plans
