Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks an Operations in the Information Environment Planner to support mission-critical advisory, training, and operational services across combatant commands.

The role emphasizes aligning OIE objectives with campaign plans and synchronizing information operations with maneuver and joint fires. The position requires an active TS clearance with SCI or eligibility, 3+ years in information environment planning, and 5+ years in military planning processes.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI, or eligible to obtain SCI.
• 3+ years of experience planning, coordinating, synchronizing and/or executing operations in the information environment.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in military planning processes including JPP, MDMP, joint targeting, or campaign planning.
• Proficient in standard military software applications and communication systems.

Responsibilities

• Integrates OIE objectives into campaign and operational plans, ensuring information effects align with commander intent and operational design.
• Synchronizes information forces with maneuver, joint fires, and non-kinetic activities to achieve effects in the information environment.
• Designs, authors, and integrates OIE OPORD inputs, annexes, appendices, tabs into joint planning and execution.
• Integrates intelligence, targeting, and collection requirements to inform OIE planning and decision-making.
• Develops measures of performance and effectiveness, evaluation frameworks, and assessment plans for continuous monitoring and refinement.
• Coordinates and synchronizes OIE planning with interagency partners, allies, industry vendors, and DoD/DoW stakeholders to ensure unity of effort.
• Incorporates DoD/DoW Rewards Program planning into OIE efforts to incentivize behaviors and support objectives.
• Ensure legal, policy, attribution, and operational risk considerations are embedded in OIE plans while producing assessments for senior leaders.
