Job summary

CACI is seeking an Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) Planner to join the OIE Planning team on a program delivering advisory, training, and operational support to mission partners worldwide.

The role requires an active TS clearance with SCI or eligibility, a BA/BS in a relevant field, and 3+ years of planning experience in the information environment, plus 5+ years in military planning processes. Travel up to 25% across CONUS.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI or eligible to obtain SCI.
• BA/BS in Strategic Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Behavioral Science, or Military Science.
• 3+ years in planning, coordinating, synchronizing and/or executing operations in the information environment.
• 5+ years in military planning processes including JPP, military decision-making, targeting, or campaign planning.

Responsibilities

• Integrates OIE objectives into campaign and operational plans aligned with commander intent.
• Synchronizes information forces with maneuver, joint fires, and non-kinetic activities.
• Designs and integrates OIE OPORD inputs and planning products into joint planning and execution.
• Incorporates intelligence, targeting, and collection requirements to inform OIE planning and execution.
• Develops measures of performance and assessment plans for continuous monitoring and refinement.
• Coordinates OIE planning with interagency partners, allies, and DoD/DoW stakeholders to ensure unity of effort.
• Incorporates DoD/DoW Rewards Program planning to incentivize information collection and objectives.
• Ensures legal, policy, attribution, and operational risk considerations in OIE plans; produces assessments for senior leaders.
