CACI International Inc. seeks an experienced OIE Planner to join the Ft. Gordon team, contributing to information-environment campaigns and joint planning efforts.

You will integrate OIE objectives with maneuver and fires, align information effects with commander intent, and produce planning products for execution. Ideal candidates will have TS/SCI with polygraph, 5+ years of operational planning in the information environment, and advanced OIE training.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required (must have to start).
• 5+ years of experience in planning, coordinating, synchronizing and/or executing operations in the information environment.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in military planning processes including JPP, military decision-making, joint targeting, or campaign planning.
• Proficient in standard military software applications and communication systems.
• Completion of advanced OIE-relevant training such as FA30 IO Qualification, JIPC, OPSEC Planners, MILDEC Planners, PSYOP Planners, or Joint Targeting School.

Responsabilités

• Integrates OIE objectives into campaign and operational plans.
• Synchronizes information forces with maneuver, joint fires, and non-kinetic activities.
• Designs and integrates OIE planning products into joint planning and execution.
• Integrates intelligence, targeting, and collection requirements for OIE planning.
• Develops measures of performance and assessment plans for OIE activities.
• Coordinates OIE planning with interagency partners, allies, and DoD/DoW stakeholders.
• Incorporates DoD/DoW Rewards planning into OIE efforts to incentive information collection.
• Ensures legal, policy, attribution, and operational risk considerations are embedded in OIE plans and briefs.
