Qualifications

• Experience translating business objectives into measurable analytical approaches and actionable outcomes.
• Experience using data and analytical reasoning to influence decisions and drive action.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects with accountability for outcomes from problem identification through recommendation, implementation, and measurement.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and applicable recommendations.
• Synthesize information from multiple data sources, partners, and processes to identify causes and solution opportunities.
• Communicate complex findings, assumptions, tradeoffs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Develop analytical frameworks, business cases, and decision-support tools that promote informed and transparent decision-making.
• Influence business strategy and operational priorities through evidence-based insights and evaluation of alternatives.
