HNTB Corporation is seeking an experienced Industry Engagement events lead to create memorable experiences for clients and stakeholders tied to our Tier One initiatives. You will ensure the brand is represented effectively and manage partnerships with agencies, vendors and client teams.

Responsibilities include detailed event planning, budgeting, sourcing partners, negotiating terms, and maintaining proactive communication with the Industry Engagement Director while assisting with annual budgets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or relevant field with 8+ years of event planning experience.
• In lieu of degree, 12 years of related experience in corporate, non-profit, or agency event planning.

Aufgaben

• Ensure industry engagement portrays the HNTB brand in the best possible light.
• Maintain partnerships with key industry organizations, vendors and host client agencies.
• Collaborate with external partners and client staff to discover value, develop trusted relationships and deliver highly sophisticated events.
• Create detailed event plans including venue, timelines, budgets, catering, transportation, accommodations and other details for seamless implementation.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with partners on all aspects of events.
