Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline as listed; MBA or related business degrees preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive commercial experience focused on solving customer problems and delivering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to maximize revenue and market penetration within the industrial sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients, acting as the primary contact for major accounts.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Product Development using customer feedback to shape solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities, build a robust pipeline, prospect, network and research markets to close opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop customer solutions and clearly communicate value propositions.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify product or service enhancement opportunities for senior management.
• Prepare and present regular area sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses highlighting key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with internal sales processes, pricing guidelines, and legal requirements, including ITAR considerations.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.

Education
