Element Six, part of the De Beers Group, is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive revenue and market penetration in the industrial sector. You will build relationships with major accounts and collaborate with internal teams to shape customer-centered solutions.

The role requires a technical Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of commercial experience in a fast-moving environment. MBA preferred and strong leadership is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Physics, Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemistry).
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive commercial experience with focus on solving customer problems.
• Experience collaborating to create customer-focused solutions.
• Ability to lead in a fast-moving environment and drive cross-functional work.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients as the primary contact.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Product Development to shape solutions from customer feedback.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate a robust pipeline; close on select opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and clearly communicate value propositions to clients.
• Monitor market trends and competition; advise management on strategic improvements.
• Prepare and present area sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
