Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or an engineering-related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, capacity planning, or financial systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business data with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities and build data-driven models and reports.
• Develop capacity strategies aligned to demand, factory capabilities, capital constraints, and product roadmaps.
• Apply data analysis and modelling to identify tool moves, conversions, and network optimization opportunities.
• Develop capital investment strategies to maximize return while identifying risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement actionable solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with all levels, including executives.
