Job summary

SOSi in Honolulu seeks a Project Manager / Exercise Planner to shape secure network operations and orchestrate large-scale military exercises across the Indo-Pacific. The role requires navigating a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with direct influence on mission success.

The selected candidate will drive exercise planning, integrate objectives with capabilities, and travel across the Indo-Pacific to engage with senior leaders and coalition partners, delivering results when it matters most.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in military exercises or operational planning.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and manage stakeholders.
• PMP-certified or able to obtain certification within 6 months.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to maintain access.
• Experience with INDOPACOM environment and coalition networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute JELC planning across multiple exercises.
• Coordinate with J637, service components, and coalition partners.
• Translate operational objectives into technical and network requirements.
• Plan site surveys, technical exchanges, IPCs, MPCs, FPCs, and AARs.
• Ensure alignment between exercise objectives and capabilities.
• Capture and prioritize exercise requirements across enclaves.
• Coordinate with IPTs to ensure delivery alignment.
• Manage execution timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
