Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to manage indirect procurement, warranty related purchasing, and supplier performance. You will source materials, manage purchase orders, and resolve warranty issues while ensuring contract compliance.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to define scopes, budgets and schedules, conduct RFQs/RFPs, and drive improvements in spend management and warranty recovery. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Construction Management, or related field required.
• Three+ years of purchasing, sourcing, supplier management, contract administration, or warranty-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procure indirect materials and services for PRE projects, field operations, facilities, and warranty activities.
• Coordinate RFQs/RFPs, evaluate proposals, and negotiate terms within authority.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, changes, service agreements, renewals, and documentation.
