Job summary

• Experience executing purchasing activities in project environments.
• Ability to manage purchase orders, changes, and documentation.
• Strong collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day purchasing to support project schedules and field needs.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, change orders, and documentation in the purchasing system.
• Ensure PO terms reflect scope, pricing, delivery, and contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery and accounting discrepancies.
• Support audits, claims, and project closeout with procurement records.
