• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Sourcing and category management with ownership of category strategies.
• Ability to negotiate and manage contracts; ensure SLAs and cost targets.
• Track record of cost-saving opportunities and value levers (TCO, risk, working capital).
• Exposure to a global supply base.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of category plans and global sourcing strategies.
• Align procurement goals with business objectives; advise leaders on strategy.
• Establish governance routines, reviews, pipeline management and compliance.
• Negotiate complex contracts and SOWs with legal and compliance teams.
• Develop and monitor KPIs; report savings, supplier performance, and value.
• Develop supplier relationships and conduct business reviews.
