Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, or procurement.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with autonomy.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and collaborator communication skills.
• Experience negotiating and redlining contracts with legal and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supplier relationship management for indirect categories, including performance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams as regional category lead to align demand, priorities, and sourcing strategies.
• Lead supplier qualification to support selection, onboarding, and development of strategic suppliers.
• Drive supplier compliance with the Supplier Code of Conduct and CSR expectations.
• Translate market intelligence into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Build regional cost models and benchmarks to support should-cost analyses and sourcing args.
• Lead negotiations and commercial actions to deliver value, manage risk, and ensure continuity of supply.
• Lead RFx/sourcing events and align regional and global strategies with Global Category Supplier Managers.
• Incorporate savings targets and total cost considerations into sourcing strategies and negotiations.
• Define and implement contract strategies; negotiate terms and ensure contract adherence.
• Establish strong cross-functional relationships with a customer-focused approach.
• Develop supplier performance view and drive improvement plans with collaborators and suppliers.
• Lead supplier governance cadence to strengthen performance and strategic alignment.
