• 2 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, or procurement.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with autonomy.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and collaborator communication skills.
• Experience negotiating and redlining contracts in partnership with legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supplier relationship management for indirect categories, including performance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional team members as the regional category lead to align demand, priorities, and sourcing strategies.
• Lead supplier qualification to support selection, onboarding, and development of strategic suppliers across the region.
• Drive supplier compliance with Micron’s Supplier Code of Conduct and CSR expectations.
• Translate market intelligence and pricing trends into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Lead negotiations and commercial actions to deliver value, manage risk, and ensure continuity of supply.
• Lead RFx/sourcing events through award and transition; align regional and global strategies.
