• Apply negotiation tactics and determine event strategies to achieve favorable supplier outcomes.
• Lead 10+ full-sourcing projects annually aligned with cost savings targets.
• Build stakeholder relationships with intermediate-level influence and guidance.
• Benchmark performance and savings across local, domestic, and global sourcing.
• Help evolve team capabilities through analytics, supplier management, and sourcing tech.
