Job summary

Gogo Business Aviation LLC is seeking a Buyer, Indirect Purchasing to manage non-inventory materials and services across the organization. You will partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely purchasing, cost effectiveness, and strong supplier performance.

In this role, you will own the indirect purchasing process, oversee RFQs and POs in ERP systems, and drive process improvements while coordinating with cross-functional teams to support the company’s operational needs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of indirect purchasing experience in a corporate setting.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and procurement transactions.
• Familiarity with ERP and purchasing tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the indirect purchasing process across the organization.
• Manage supplier relationships and contracts to meet service, cost, and quality goals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Process RFQs, purchase requisitions, and POs in ERP systems.
• Track orders, resolve delivery and invoicing issues; ensure accurate payments.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and supplier performance.
