The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, strong negotiation skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience.
• Strong technology sourcing and contract negotiation expertise.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead change.
• Experience building procurement capabilities and delivering business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management across key indirect categories (Technology, HR, Marketing, Real Estate, Professional Services, etc.).
• Drive technology procurement initiatives, including software, cloud, and IT services.
• Build strong partnerships with leaders across Finance, IT, HR, Legal, and Operations.
• Develop and lead a high-performing procurement team.
