Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of indirect procurement experience, preferably in e-commerce, logistics or retail.
• Proven track record in sourcing logistics and facility-related categories.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and supplier relationship skills.
• Familiarity with U.S. procurement regulations and supplier markets.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full procurement process including quotations, contract negotiations, and order tracking.
• Develop procurement strategies to reduce costs and achieve annual savings targets.
• Streamline processes, promote e-procurement adoption, and improve efficiency and compliance.
