Responsibilities

  • Procurement Execution: Lead the full procurement process including quotation comparison, contract negotiation, and order tracking; handle exceptional orders and after-sales issues; and ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with quality standards.
  • Cost Control: Analyze market price trends, develop procurement strategies, and reduce procurement costs through centralized purchasing, framework agreements, and other methods to achieve annual cost-saving targets.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline procurement business processes, establish standardized operating procedures, promote the implementation of an e-procurement system, and improve procurement efficiency and compliance.
  • Business Support: Align with operational department requirements, provide professional procurement solutions, coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, and support the achievement of business objectives.

Job Title: Indirect Procurement Manager
Location: City of Industry, CA, Chino, CA, or Fontana, CA
Annual Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 USD + Annual Performance Bonus
Role Overview

The Indirect Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing indirect procurement activities across JD's operations in the U.S., with a focus on logistics, warehousing, transportation, facilities, IT, and professional services. This role will partner closely with business and regional stakeholders to drive cost efficiency, supplier performance, and strategic sourcing initiatives supporting JD's growth in the U.S.

What You'll Do
  • Procurement Execution: Lead the full procurement process including quotation comparison, contract negotiation, and order tracking; handle exceptional orders and after-sales issues; and ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with quality standards.

About You

  • Proven track record in sourcing logistics and facility-related categories.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and supplier relationship skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with U.S. procurement regulations and supplier markets.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
  • Experience working in a multicultural, fast-paced, and matrix organization.
