Job summary

KBR is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager in Houston to lead strategic sourcing, supplier governance, and spend analytics across non-IT categories. You will drive cost savings, negotiate complex contracts, and partner with stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives.

The role requires 8–10 years in procurement, strong leadership and analytics skills, and experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics or SAP. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading indirect spend categories and supplier negotiations.
• Experience building category strategies, governance, and savings initiatives.
• Global/multinational procurement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing across indirect spend areas and manage procurement activities.
• Develop category strategies, vendor evaluations, and competitive sourcing events.
• Negotiate contracts, MSAs, and statements of work with suppliers.
• Manage spend analytics, dashboards, and KPIs to drive cost savings.
• Partner with stakeholders to align sourcing with business objectives.
