Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead indirect procurement and enterprise-wide sourcing across manufacturing locations. You will develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and drive cost, quality, and supply continuity while leading a team of indirect purchasing professionals.

You’ll excel with a strong blend of strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and people leadership. Travel up to 30% is required to meet enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or manufacturing-related functions.
• Experience with scheduling systems, dashboards, production data, capacity planning tools, and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect supply chain commodities.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead negotiations for pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
• Maintain and optimize the approved supplier panel while ensuring contract compliance.
• Partner with operations teams to support supply continuity and align local purchasing groups around sourcing strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of indirect purchasing professionals.
