You will manage CLM, supplier performance, and the procure-to-pay lifecycle using Oracle ERP, ensuring contract adherence and cost optimization while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is required.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) preferred.
• 4–6 years procurement experience required.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills required.
• Experience in global procurement and supplier relationship management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: Lead and support stakeholders in strategic sourcing initiatives and market research for designated categories.
• Cost Negotiation/Analytics: Gather and analyze cost data, perform price comparisons, and develop sourcing strategies to optimize costs.
• Contract Lifecycle Management and Supplier Performance: Lead contract activities, define requirements, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate terms.
• Operational Procurement and Compliance: Use Oracle ERP to issue Purchase Orders and oversee procure-to-pay processes.
• Supplier Relationships and Analysis: Build strong supplier relationships, prepare category reports and insights for improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned; Complies with all policies and standards.
