Job summary

Campbell's Company is seeking a proactive Indirect Procurement Manager to lead strategies across indirect SG&A spend, including Professional Services and Travel. You will drive supplier relationships, optimize procurement processes, and oversee RFIs, RFPs, and negotiations in partnership with Legal and internal stakeholders.

You will collaborate across People & Culture and other functions to align category plans with business goals, travel 5-10% domestically, and mentor procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in procurement, supply chain, or SG&A roles.
• Experience with strategic vendor management and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of procurement strategies across indirect SG&A spend.
• Manage key supplier accounts and expand partnerships using SRM principles.
• Refine procurement ways of working and leverage tools to improve user experience.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing lifecycle including RFIs, RFPs, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and value realization.
