• Market knowledge of the indirect supply base in North America and China.
• Skilled at contracts and knowledgeable about US tax regulations.
• Effective negotiation styles and techniques.
• Strong coordination and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional strategy for indirect procurement.
• Develop indirect supply base including supplier sourcing.
• Initiate sourcing strategic initiatives for PACK/CELL/Cathode.
• Monitor suppliers’ project time plan and delivery status.
• Conduct Supplier Business Reviews.
• Optimize supply chain layout and establish cost benchmarks.
