Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain operations, or related roles.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze data.
• Experience with cross-functional approvals and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Price Committee meetings, prepare review materials, document decisions, and follow up on action-item closure.
• Review purchase requests, supplier quotations, bid comparisons, and approval packages for completeness, consistency, and adherence to company procedures.
• Analyze quotation differences, historical prices, cost drivers, and commercial terms; identify opportunities for cost control and process improvement.
• Check alignment among approved quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and supporting pricing evidence; flag exceptions for resolution.
• Partner with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, and other stakeholders to resolve documentation gaps and workflow bottlenecks.
• Maintain supplier pricing records, review trackers, KPI dashboards, and audit-ready supporting documentation.
• Identify procurement-related cost, process, and compliance risks; recommend practical corrective actions and accelerate material issues as appropriate.
