This governance role evaluates quotations, tracks action items, and supports transparency across the business. This internal opportunity requires strong operational judgment, Excel proficiency, and the ability to drive issue resolution with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement, sourcing, or related roles.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to interpret commercial data.
• Experience with RFQs, supplier quotations, competitive bidding, contracts, or purchase orders.
• ERP/SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Price Committee meetings and prepare review materials.
• Review purchase requests, supplier quotations, bid comparisons, and approvals.
• Analyze quotation differences, historical prices, cost drivers, and terms to identify cost-control opportunities.
• Ensure alignment of quotations, purchase orders, and contracts; flag discrepancies.
• Partner with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Logistics, and other stakeholders to resolve gaps.
• Maintain supplier pricing records, trackers, KPI dashboards, and audit-ready docs.
• Identify procurement-related risks and propose corrective actions.
