Job summary

Celltrion Branchburg, LLC seeks an Associate Director of Indirect Procurement to lead sourcing, purchasing, and contract management for the site. You will manage a small team, collaborate with Finance, Legal, Quality, and Operations, and drive strategic sourcing and supplier performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 10–15 years of indirect procurement in regulated environments, with SAP experience and strong negotiation, analytics, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10–15 years indirect procurement experience in manufacturing/pharma/regulatory environments.
• Experience leading sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, purchasing, and contract management.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems; GMP/regulated context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead indirect procurement strategies and sourcing activities for the Branchburg site, including energy, logistics, facilities, and services.
• Manage a small team (2–3) and collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Legal, Quality, and HQ Korea.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, supplier performance, and governance to ensure value, compliance, and timely delivery.
