Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in sourcing or procurement, indirect spend preferred.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in regulated environments; pharmaceutical/Life Sciences helpful.
• Familiarity with SAP, Jaggaer, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect categories (IT, Marketing, facilities, professional services).
• Develop category strategies aligned with objectives, compliance, and long-term value.
• Drive high-value supplier negotiations and optimize commercial terms.
• Manage contract lifecycle from drafting to compliance monitoring.
• Identify cost reduction, TCO optimization, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Monitor market trends and supplier landscapes affecting indirect spend.
