Job summary

Jaguar Land Rover is seeking a Variable Marketing Finance Analyst in Mahwah, NJ. This role supports incentive program planning, tracking spend, and coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Financial Services to optimize vehicle incentives and financial commitments.

You will prepare monthly costings, ensure policy compliance, and perform variance analyses to guide management decisions. This role reports to the Variable Marketing Manager and is based in a dynamic automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline or related work experience
• Minimum of 3 years in financial analysis and accounting
• Experience with SAP desired
• Residual value analysis experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Ability to interpret and analyze information for reporting accuracy

Responsibilities

• Deliver competitive incentive programs to market and track spend
• Manage planning, execution, and optimization of vehicle incentive programs
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and financial services teams to design, track, and assess incentives
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual costing for variable marketing actions
• Ensure spend is compliant with internal policies and accounting guidelines
• Prepare reserve analyses and commentary for management
• Perform profitability analyses on CPO and Used Vehicle warranty plans
• Conduct pricing analysis on warranty plans
