Job summary

Lloyd Motor Group, based in Carlisle, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing for Jaguar Land Rover retailers across the region. You will shape campaigns, manage budgets, and collaborate with national teams to translate manufacturer strategy into local activity.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll drive consumer campaigns, CRM communications, and content across digital channels, while maintaining brand consistency and achieving sales-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in marketing leadership and strategy.
• Experience delivering integrated campaigns across channels including digital, CRM and content.
• Comfort with budget management and turning insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies for JLR retailers and align with national activity.
• Lead campaigns across paid social, search, email, direct marketing, content and events.
• Manage relationships with manufacturers and retailers and report on outcomes.
• Utilise CRM insights to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
• Oversee content, messaging and brand position across channels and venues.
• Monitor budgets and campaign performance to optimise ROI.
