Cabinetworks Group, America's largest privately held cabinetmaker, is seeking a senior logistics professional to manage inbound transportation and small parcel operations. You will coordinate with logistics teams, suppliers, and service providers to meet plans, drive cost savings, and maintain performance against KPIs.

You will negotiate with third‑party providers, manage budgets, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the transport network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or transportation related field or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, and/or supply chain
• Progressive experience in transportation operations is preferred
• Strong leadership, organization and decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with internal and external partners
• Highly analytical with attention to detail; proficient with Microsoft Office

Responsabilités

• Manage scheduling and delivery processes for inbound/outbound transportation
• Ensure 3PLs meet plans, KPIs and continuous improvement goals
• Negotiate rates and service commitments with third‑party providers
• Lead cost saving initiatives and monitor KPI performance and budgets
• Coordinate with logistics, manufacturing and suppliers to optimize network performance
• Oversee small parcel and warehousing related activities and audits
• Support Kaizen and Six Sigma initiatives focused on logistics cost reduction
