Dow seeks an eDiscovery Attorney in Midland, MI. You will provide legal oversight of discovery across litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters, advising case teams on preservation, collection, review, privilege, and production.

You will lead internal projects, work with Discovery & Knowledge Management professionals, and leverage emerging technologies to improve defensible, cost-effective discovery strategies.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or LL.M. required and in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years practicing law.
• Experience with electronic discovery review platforms.
• Strong familiarity with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure / State Rules.

Responsabilités

• Oversee development of in-house eDiscovery capabilities compliant with laws and court rules.
• Provide legal training on holds, discovery obligations and defensible workflows.
• Advise case teams on preservation, collection, review, privilege and production.
• Collaborate with outside counsel and vendors to satisfy discovery obligations.
