Momentive is seeking a Summer 2027 Quality Control Intern to collaborate with laboratory, production, and quality teams on projects that improve product quality and manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Interest in laboratory operations, quality systems, and process improvement.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Improve Laboratory Measurement Systems with Gage R&R studies and test reliability analysis.
• Apply Statistical Quality Control (SQC) and SPC to evaluate process performance.
• Optimize laboratory turnaround times and identify efficiency improvements.
• Support manufacturing quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
• Analyze and report quality data through reports and dashboards.
• Gain exposure to quality systems within a chemical manufacturing environment.
