Job summary

Momentive, based in New York, offers a Summer 2027 Intern role in Strategic Project Continuous Improvement. You will support process improvement, data analysis, and AI-enabled solutions while working with the Global CI team to drive measurable value.

The internship targets students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in engineering, analytics, or related fields, emphasizing data-driven problem solving and cross-functional collaboration. Base pay is disclosed as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program at time of application and for at least one semester after.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Support Continuous Improvement projects through data collection, analysis, action item tracking, and reporting.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma tools including process mapping and root cause analysis.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using Power BI (and other BI tools).
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI tools to automate tasks and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and support implementation.
• Present findings and recommendations to project teams and leadership.
