Job summary

Southeastrans, Inc. is seeking a Project Implementation Manager to lead the operational management and strategic oversight of NET contracted services.

The role covers call center operations, provider network management, compliance, quality assurance, budgeting, and business office functions. You will drive implementation, testing, and go-live activities, coordinate with client stakeholders, and ensure ongoing contractual performance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing and motivating teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clients and executives.
• Thorough understanding of NET service delivery, capitated contract management, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
