Tilda Research, Inc. seeks an Implementation Lead to join our team at the intersection of Clinical Operations, Project Management, and Product. You will translate customer processes into effective workflows, configure the Tilda platform, and guide customers from discovery to successful go-live with ongoing adoption.

The role requires deep clinical trial operations knowledge and experience implementing SaaS platforms in a customer-facing setting, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Clinical Trial Operations or related clinical functions.
• Experience working within CROs or pharmaceutical/biotech companies.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations from discovery through go-live and adoption.
• Translate clinical workflows into product configurations and technical requirements.
• Oversee configuration, data setup, user setup, permissions, and UAT.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on clinical trial operations and study workflows.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into product improvements.
• Train users and support adoption after go-live to realize value.
