Job summary

Tilda Research is seeking an Implementation Lead who understands how clinical trials operate and can translate customer processes into effective workflows within the Tilda platform. You will work directly with clinical research customers to understand study operations, configure the platform, coordinate implementation activities, and guide go-live and adoption.

The ideal candidate has strong Clinical Operations, Project Management, and SaaS experience, with a track record of implementing

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Clinical Trial Operations or related clinical functions.
• Experience with CROs or pharma/biotech companies.
• 2+ years implementing clinical trial technology or SaaS products.
• Ability to translate clinical requirements into system workflows.
• Strong project management and stakeholder skills.
• Experience bridging clinical users and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations from discovery to go-live and adoption.
• Lead implementation sessions with clinical research customers.
• Translate workflows into product configurations and technical requirements.
• Oversee configuration, data setup, user setup, and UAT.
• Coordinate across customer stakeholders and internal teams.
• Support customers through go-live and early production use.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on feature improvements.
