• 10 years managing complex cross-functional projects
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile and hybrid methods
• Experience establishing PM frameworks and governance
• Experience overseeing technology/IT projects with vendors
• 5+ years leadership and people management
• Experience briefing executives and managing diverse stakeholders
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and drive initiatives to completion
• Strong fit with non-hierarchical, egoless culture
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for project implementation and cross-department collaboration
• Establish best practices for development and implementation of initiatives
• Ensure overall project success, quality, staff performance, and end-user feedback
• Lead enterprise project management across complex initiatives
• Manage LT’s technology portfolio with IT leaders and vendors
