Sanabria & Associates, PLLC is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our leadership team in one of our Maryland or Florida offices. The role focuses on managing a high-volume immigration caseload, mentoring attorneys, and delivering exceptional client service.

You will oversee strategy, collaborate with a leadership group, and help drive the firm’s continued growth in complex immigration matters. Fluent Spanish is a plus, and the candidate should have a strong business acumen.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar in Good Standing in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse immigration caseload, including humanitarian relief, family-based petitions, asylum, SIJS, U visas, and waivers.
• Develop, mentor, and supervise attorneys to maintain high standards of legal work and client service.
• Represent clients before courts and agencies and oversee filings, strategy, and deadlines.
• Participate in firm leadership, shape immigration practice direction, and drive growth.
