Job summary

Scale is seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead end-to-end capture, deployment, and growth of Agentic AI within two premier IC agencies (NRO and NGA). This is a high-impact, non-sales role requiring executive-level coordination across sponsors, programs, and primes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IC-focused enterprise technology sales or capture, with a proven record of multi-year IC contracts and strong GEOINT domain fluency. National Capital Region based with 20–30% travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise technology sales, business development, or program capture specifically within the IC with NRO and/or NGA.
• Proven wins: closed multi-year IC contracts exceeding $25M.
• Domain fluency: GEOINT terminology and mission challenges.
• IC acquisition: NGA BAAs, IC OTAs, NRO vehicles experience.
• Clearance: Active TS/SCI; Full Scope Poly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full-Spectrum Capture & Quota Ownership for NRO/NGA, carrying multi-million dollar annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute account strategies with SES-level sponsors and mission-area leads.
• Navigate IC acquisition vehicles and shape proposals to win in IC contexts.
• Co-design Agentic AI workflows with analysts and mission engineers.
