Job summary

Leidos LLC is seeking a Financial Services Budget Execution Analyst to lead the development, execution, and monitoring of budgets across intelligence programs. The role emphasizes meticulous financial management, spend plans, and resource optimization within the IPPBE framework.

The successful candidate will liaise with internal components and government stakeholders to ensure alignment with priorities, oversee spending and commitments, and provide strategic fiscal insights for decision makers

Qualifications

TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
12–15 years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 10–13 years.
3–5 years in government budgeting within the Intelligence Community.
Experience with the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution Process (IPPBE).

Responsibilities

Support budget program execution and provide insights for analysis and reporting of financial activities.
Craft and monitor spend plans and oversee financial execution activities.
Record and track interagency agreements for Economy Act and related transactions.
Document commitments, obligations and expenses with accuracy.
Prepare and process transactions, verify and certify payments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align budgets with program goals.
