Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Senior Demand Lead in Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ with a hybrid schedule and ~20% travel. You will lead market IBP processes, coordinate with Demand Planners, and drive supply chain optimization across North America.

Strong collaboration across functions and a strategic mindset are required. The role focuses on maximizing product availability, reducing expiry risk, and delivering forecast accuracy to support launches and regulatory activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the supply chain / manufacturing industry.
• English language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the market-level IBP process for selected franchises, aligning stakeholders on one strategic business plan.
• Partner with Demand Leads, Demand Planners, BUs, Finance, Regulatory, Quality, and production planners to align data and scenarios.
• Oversee monthly IBP steps: product portfolio management, demand review, supply review, integrated reconciliation, and MBR.
• Oversee launches, regulatory and commercial topics within planning scope.
• Drive KPI targets and act on insights to improve forecast accuracy.
