You will drive the market-level Integrated Business Planning for franchises, coordinating Demand Planners, Finance, Regulatory, and operations to ensure accurate forecasts, manage launches, and optimize supply and inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in the supply chain/manufacturing industry.
• English language skills and strong negotiation/communication abilities.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience and knowledge of regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the market-level IBP process for selected franchises and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Demand Leads, Demand Planners, and cross-functional teams to align market needs.
• Oversee product supply, inventory, and launches while ensuring alignment with planning data.
• Manage annual IBP cycles including product portfolio, demand reviews, and supply reviews.
• Act as IBP ambassador and lead the monthly IBP process with stakeholders.
