Job summary

NANA Worley in Anchorage, AK seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, direct, and control all business, technical, fiscal and administrative functions for the assigned project. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration is required.
• 20 years of experience as a Project Manager with increasing responsibilities.
• 10 years of hydrocarbon industry experience.
• Working knowledge of scheduling and controls software such as Primavera or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• HSE Management: ensure compliance with HSE requirements and client contracts.
• Client Relationships: manage stakeholders and client communications throughout the project.
• Commercial Management: manage contracts and budgeted gross margin.
• Scope Management: define scope and manage change control.
• Time Management: plan and manage project timelines and resources.
• Cost Control: prepare accurate estimates and monitor costs.
• Quality Management: ensure quality system requirements and process improvement.
• Team Management: provide leadership and guide the engineering team.
• Communication Management: ensure timely progress reporting to stakeholders.
• Risk Management: identify risks/opportunities and mitigate them.
• Design Management: coordinate with design team and resolve technical disputes.
• Procurement/Subcontracts Management: manage procurement processes and timely deliveries.
