Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development seeks a strategic Manager of Enrollment Partnerships to grow a portfolio of partnerships that drive enrollment and programmatic impact. The role reports to the Assistant Dean and collaborates across enrollment, marketing, and academic leadership to scale relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of professional experience in business development, partnership development, relationship management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience identifying, cultivating, and securing new business or partnership relationships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and partnerships in various stages of development.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within and across teams.
• Comfort negotiating and developing financial and legal agreements and contracts.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead a comprehensive strategy for identifying and cultivating enrollment partnerships locally, nationally, and internationally.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners from outreach through signed agreement.
• Proactively identify new partnership opportunities aligned with Wheelock's priorities.
• Craft compelling value propositions and business cases for partnerships with internal stakeholders.
• Design partnership models to advance recruitment and curricular goals for BU Wheelock and partners.
• Work with enrollment to develop recruitment strategies leveraging partnerships.
• Design systems to track partnerships using databases, CRMs, or other tools.
