Job summary

Driven Brands is seeking a hands-on Manager of Cash and Revenue Accounting to lead monthly close, reconcile cash and revenue, and strengthen controls within a US GAAP framework. Reporting to the Director, you will supervise team members and coordinate with Treasury, FP&A, AR/AP, and Audit to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in a SOX-controlled environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, cash and revenue accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and close deliverables.
• Develop, document, and monitor internal controls and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Treasury, AR/AP, FP&A, Tax, and Audit teams.
